Note: the following is a guest post from Dr. Seth Blitzer.

As a dentist who treats obstructive sleep apnea I hear from countless patients that they abandoned their CPAP devices.  The recurring theme is this: “Doc, I know I need it but that thing is miserable to wear".

The stories are invariably the same. People get caught up on the hoses. The mask is so very tight and uncomfortable. The air is like the desert and I can't sleep in any other position but my back when I wear the darn thing.

God forbid you have to get up to pee in the middle of the night.

The end result is that the CPAP device which patients know they need to wear is abandoned. And if you’re reading this, I’m sure you can relate.

Well, this problem will soon be a story for the history books. Airing actually will solve all the complaints I typically hear. Cordless, comfortable to wear and tiny! And each device is single-use so every night the device is always fresh and immaculately clean.

That’s what I like to call a home run.

I am going to be a part of this revolution! You can too. See Airing posted on Indiegogo.com on June 15, 2015, and contribute what you can. We need to make Airing happen.

Or, as the Airing folks like to say, #FundAiring!- Dr. Seth Blitzer
